These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Magic Stick Power Washing website (the "Site") and any pressure washing or exterior cleaning services you request from us ("Services"). By using this Site, submitting our quote form, or booking Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request Services.

We provide residential and commercial pressure washing, house washing, soft washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services. The specific scope of work for any project is defined in the written quote or estimate provided to you before work begins. Work outside that defined scope may require an additional quote.
Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information you supply and, where applicable, an assessment of your property. Quotes are estimates, not fixed-price contracts, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope, condition, size, or accessibility of the work area materially differs from what was represented or observed. We will communicate any material change before performing additional work. No work is performed until you approve an estimate.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be serviced, along with access to a functioning water source and, where required, an electrical outlet, unless we have agreed otherwise in advance. Before we arrive, you are responsible for:
We are not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing conditions, defects, or hazards that were not disclosed to us in advance.
Because our Services are performed outdoors, weather may require us to reschedule. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and reschedule at the earliest mutually convenient time. Rescheduling due to weather does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Payment is due upon completion of the Services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you notify us as far in advance as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for cancellations made after our crew has been dispatched to your property.
We use professional equipment and methods appropriate to each surface, including low-pressure soft washing for delicate materials. However, cleaning cannot restore surfaces that are permanently stained, oxidized, etched, weathered, deteriorated, or otherwise damaged prior to service. Certain stains, including but not limited to rust, deep oil penetration, paint, artillery fungus, and permanent discoloration, may not be fully removable. We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains or discoloration.
By submitting a form on this Site and providing your telephone number, you expressly consent to receive calls and text (SMS) messages from Magic Stick Power Washing at that number regarding your inquiry, quote, scheduling, and the Services you requested. These may include messages sent using automated technology.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All content on this Site, including text, images, photographs of completed work, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Magic Stick Power Washing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
We may photograph completed work for portfolio, marketing, and quality assurance purposes. We do not publish addresses or identifying details of customers. If you prefer that we not photograph your property, please notify us in writing before the Services begin.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This section does not limit any warranty expressly provided in a written service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Stick Power Washing, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or relating to the Site or the Services, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
If you believe our Services caused damage to your property, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) days of the date the Services were performed, and provide us a reasonable opportunity to inspect the claimed damage before any repair or alteration is made. Failure to provide timely notice and an opportunity to inspect may limit our ability to evaluate and resolve the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magic Stick Power Washing and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of property conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
This Site uses third-party services, including a third-party form processing provider that transmits form submissions to us by email, and embedded content such as maps. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. Please see our Privacy Policy for more detail.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bradley County, Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
